1.1 Applicable Product Types
This automatic pole switch production line and automatic pole switch assembly line are designed for mass production of outdoor distribution pole switchgear. It is compatible with mainstream 10kV outdoor high-voltage pole switches on the market and supports mixed-model assembly of multiple types. Widely applied in distribution network renovation, overhead line upgrading and mass manufacturing of outdoor power distribution equipment. Outdoor pole mounted vacuum circuit breaker is a core category of high-voltage pole switches. The applicable product list is as follows:
Outdoor pole mounted vacuum circuit breaker: Compatible with ZW32, ZW20, ZW8 series 10kV pole mounted vacuum circuit breakers, including intelligent fault detection pole switches and permanent magnet mechanism pole mounted circuit breakers.
Outdoor pole mounted load switch: Pole mounted vacuum load switch, SF6 pole mounted load switch.
Other supporting equipment: Pole mounted disconnectors, outdoor FTU intelligent control cabinets for power distribution, sheet metal housings and other matching components for pole switches. The system features strong versatility and wide application scenarios.
1.2 Assembly Technology of Pole Switch Assembly Line
The pole switch assembly line of this project adopts slat chain traveling station flexible assembly technology, a mature intelligent mass production line for high-voltage outdoor switchgear. The whole line adopts modular and segmented continuous operation layout. With heavy-duty slat chain conveyor system as the core carrier and fixed tooling pallets, the system realizes automatic conveying, precise positioning and continuous transfer of complete pole switches between workstations. It solves common pain points of traditional single-station assembly: low efficiency, inconsistent assembly quality and difficult manual handling of heavy housings.
The whole pole switch production line can be equipped with pneumatic lifting manipulators for labor-saving hoisting and precise alignment assembly of heavy components including stainless steel housings of pole switches, vacuum interrupters, spring operating mechanisms and insulating bushings. It reduces labor intensity and mitigates safety risks during handling and assembly of heavy workpieces. Each workstation is equipped with customized positioning tooling and clamping mechanisms to guarantee consistency of assembly dimension, mounting hole position and sealing precision for different models of pole switches.
The production line integrates slat chain automatic conveying, intelligent auxiliary assembly, tooling positioning, step-by-step inspection and finished product offloading. It standardizes and splits processes including pole switch housing pre-assembly, operating mechanism assembly, vacuum interrupter installation, insulating bushing fitting, internal wiring, sealing inspection, mechanical characteristic testing and finished product discharging. It realizes continuous mass production on the pole switch assembly line, improves production tact and finished product pass rate, and meets large-scale standardized manufacturing requirements for conventional pole switches and intelligent pole mounted vacuum circuit breakers.
Loading Station: Hoist the stainless steel housing of pole switch onto the slat chain tooling pallet. Tooling clamps complete positioning and locking. The slat chain conveyor feeds the housing steadily into the pole switch production line to finish loading preparation.
Housing Pre-assembly Station: Calibrate the housing and clean sealing grooves. Complete pre-assembly of base, lifting lugs, mounting brackets and other structural parts to ensure structural strength and flatness of sealing surfaces.
Operating Mechanism Assembly Station: With the assistance of lifting manipulators, hoist and position spring mechanism or permanent magnet mechanism, align and fix the mechanism to housing, then assemble transmission components.
Interrupter & Insulating Bushing Assembly Station: Install and fix vacuum interrupters, fit high-voltage composite insulating bushings, fasten connections of conductive circuits.
Internal Wiring Station: Install and route secondary control circuits, current & voltage transformers and sensors. Complete wiring and marking of control cables.
Mechanical Commissioning & Sealing Station: Commission opening & closing mechanical characteristics, verify transmission clearance, apply sealant and fit sealing components for housing sealing.
Complete Machine Inspection Station: Perform mechanical opening-closing test, loop resistance test, insulation test and visual inspection. Repair non-conforming products on site to guarantee factory quality.
Finished Product Offline Station: Unlock qualified pole switches after inspection. Manipulator-assisted hoisting for finished product offline and warehousing. Empty tooling pallets automatically return to the starting station of the pole switch assembly line via slat chain circulation to achieve continuous cyclic production.
Applicable Product Size & Load Parameters: Custom dimensions available according to customer production requirements and switch models. Compatible with various 10kV pole switches, pole mounted vacuum circuit breakers and pole mounted load switches. Tooling pallet load capacity can be customized at 300kg, 500kg, 800kg or higher to cover light, medium and heavy pole switch production.
Assembly Line Layout & Station Parameters: The number of workstations of the pole switch assembly line can be flexibly customized. Options include 4-station, 6-station, 8-station, 10-station and extended layouts. Total line length and routing can be personalized based on workshop space and production tact to fit different factory installation conditions.
Custom Configuration of Lifting Manipulators: Manipulator model, rated load and working radius can be customized. Vacuum suction cups, special grippers, lifting slings and other tooling can be quickly replaced for grabbing and assembling pole switch housings, interrupters and operating mechanisms.
Slat Chain Conveyor Operating Parameters: Slat chain speed is steplessly adjustable to match production tact. Accumulation & buffer function can be added for ordered workpiece temporary storage. Control system supports dual-mode switching between manual commissioning and automatic continuous operation for equipment debugging and mass production.
Modular Tooling Fixtures: Equipped with quick-change customized tooling fixtures. Positioning jigs can be rapidly switched for different pole switch models, supporting mixed flexible production of multiple pole switch types without major modification of line structure, featuring strong versatility.
Intelligent Supporting Expansion Items: The pole switch production line supports multi-functional upgrading and expansion. Optional add-ons include product scanning traceability system, bolt torque monitoring system, on-line mechanical characteristic test bench, safety protective fence, acousto-optic safety alarm device and workstation process display screen, to realize intelligent and digital upgrading of the production line.
