[Production Line Overview]

The production line is specially designed for the large-scale manufacturing of low-speed electric vehicles. It adopts the "flexible + modular" design concept and is compatible with the co-production of multiple models. The production line covers four major process stages: chassis assembly, powertrain integration, body assembly, and inspection and debugging. The single-line cycle can reach 10-15 minutes per unit, and the annual production capacity is designed to be 30,000 - 50,000 units, meeting customers 'needs from trial production to mass production.

[Core Equipment]

Suspension conveying system: Adopting the overhead rail conveying scheme, the red electric hoist spreader has strong bearing capacity and accurate positioning, realizing automatic circulation between vehicle body stations, reducing ground logistics interference, and improving workshop space utilization.

Modular assembly station: Standardized positioning fixtures and sub-assembly tables are set up on the ground to support pre-assembly of key components such as front suspension, rear axle, battery pack, and motor. The main line and the sub-assembly line work together to shorten the assembly cycle.

Intelligent logistics support: Material racks and AGV connection points are configured on the workstation side to achieve timely distribution of parts and components and reduce line-side inventory.

[Process highlights]

Chassis assembly: Lifted tray positioning ensures accurate connection between the front and rear axles, battery pack and the body

Wiring harness assembly: Pre-wiring process reduces in-vehicle working time and improves assembly consistency

Off-line inspection: Equipped with four-wheel positioning, light inspection, insulation test and road test track to verify the performance of the whole vehicle in all dimensions

The entire line adopts standardized design and modular delivery model, with short construction period and fast return on investment.
